
Alex Wayne is an experienced software engineer who has worn many
hats.
His early computing career was devoted to 3D animation and digital
video production. In 2003 he moved into graphic design and web
production.
During the next few years, Mr. Wayne led the development of community
portals, e-commerce platforms, and a number of small business
websites.
His later efforts leveraged the power of the Ruby on Rails framework.
When the iPhone was announced, Mr. Wayne immediately began studying
the API, and was soon writing software for the platform. Mr. Wayne
specializes in community applications, leveraging his knowledge of
both front and back-end technology in order to deliver full-featured,
integrated solutions.
In 2009 Mr. Wayne worked with OpenFeint, a community gaming platform
with over 6 million registered users.
Mr. Wayne loves simplicity. He longs for elegant solutions and
beautiful code, but also believes that shipping is a feature.
